Patrick has been a licensed administrator for more than 25 years, and worked in senior care and assisted living across the southeast region for more than 23 years. Patrick said he finds that the whole neighborhood and household concept fits with his core in the way we restore respect and dignity to the long-term care setting. Patrick joined the Wesley Place on Honeysuckle team in June of 2017.

Leadership

Nancy Keith-Morgan, RN
Director of Nursing

Nancy became the Director of Nursing in March of 2021, but was already well known to Fair Haven, having worked here as a clinical leader in the past. Nancy graduated from Birmingham Southern College in 1994 with 2 degrees: a Bachelor of Arts in Music and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing in 2007. Nancy worked at Princeton Hospital from 2001 until 2012 (a staff nurse on Med/Surg, and then a Charge Nurse on the ICU Stepdown Unit). She was also a Six Sigma Lean Leader working with the Baptist Health System to streamline processes within the hospitals and physician clinics, and she served as the Assistant Director of Nursing of Magnolia Ridge. Prior to returning to Fair Haven, Nancy served as the UAB High Risk Case Manager.

Earnestine Thompson, ALA II
Administrator, Residential & Assisted Living Services

Earnestine is a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator who has served as Residential Administrator before during her long tenure with Methodist Homes. She began her career with Methodist Homes in 1982, and has served as the Director of Food Service for several Methodist Homes communities, and most recently as Corporate Director of Food Services.
