About Wesley Haven Villa

Our Purpose and Beginnings

Wesley Haven Villa, a joint venture of Methodist Homes of Alabama & Northwest Florida and Sacred Heart Health System of Pensacola (now part of Ascension), enjoys its own local Board of Trustees, and is operated by Methodist Homes. Opened in 2005, Wesley Haven Villa promotes a lifestyle of independence, with just the right amount of friendly assistance that may be needed. It is a warm and inviting place for relationships and making friends, both inside the community and out. Whether enjoying live entertainment during a special dining experience, venturing out to a local museum, or volunteering at a nearby school, Wesley Haven Villa creates a variety of opportunities for residents to have meaningful experiences.

The Methodist Homes Connection

Methodist Home for the Aging was founded in 1956 as a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of God’s “older children”. Now known as Methodist Homes of Alabama & Northwest Florida, Methodist Homes has grown to become one of the region’s largest integrated wellness and health networks for people age 62 and older. The Sacred Heart Connection
