There are no upfront fees or buy-ins at Mathison, only a small deposit. Three meals a day are included with Independent Living, even though our spacious one and two-bedroom Independent Living apartments offer full kitchens and our studios have kitchenettes. All apartments enjoy energy efficient appliances, walk-in showers, and walk-in closets. Plus, we are a pet-friendly community, so your small furry friend is welcome at Mathison!

Every day, a variety of organized activities are available to take part in. From art classes to happy hours to brain games and fitness classes, there’s something to indulge every taste. At Mathison, your time is always your own. Take part in as many or as few activities as you desire. If you prefer to spend the day enjoying solitary activities in the comfort of your own wonderful apartment, you are welcome and encouraged to do so. We are here should you need us.
