Trinity Presbyterian School celebrated the 100th Day of School on January 23, 2023. What better way to celebrate this occasion than with a visit with a 100 yr old friend. Peggy Holley, a Wesley Gardens Centenarian, was delighted to make the visit to the kindergarten class. There were a lot of questions with many fun stories shared. Peggy even led the kids in a little dancing before she left them!

Here are some interesting stats on Peggy in the year she was born - which was 1922: She was born in the same year as Betty White and Judy Garland! She was born the same year that water skiing began, the Eskimo Pie was patented and President Warren G. Harding introduced the first radio in the White House! In the year she was born, a postage stamp was 2 cents, a gallon of gas was a quarter and a new house cost a little over $5,000! Wesley Gardens is blessed to have this centenarian who can walk and talk and smile and bring so much joy to others.
